AUTONOMIC RESPONSE TESTING
Dr. Rasa uses Autonomic Response Testing (ART) to evaluate the patient. ART was developed by Deitrich Klinghardt, M.D. and is an advanced composite of hands-on examination techniques that uses changes in the autonomic nervous system as the primary indicator of practitioner-elicited stress responses in the client’s body.
This is a highly effective, advanced technique of biofeedback muscle testing to determining imbalances in the body, their root causes as well as potential remedies.
ART tests the function of the Autonomous Nervous System, which is in direct contact with every cell, organ, tissue, and muscle in our bodies and is responsible for the unconscious or autonomic functions: It regulates the heartbeat, the rhythm of the breath, digests the food we eat- and heals us.
Detectable and treatable problems within this part of the nervous system are present in all dysfunctions (e.g.allergies) and all chronic diseases.
Healthy people have a normal, healthy functioning Autonomous Nervous System. Sick people don’t, their Autonomous Nervous System is out of balance, which is called autonomic dysregulation, or blocked regulation.
When your body is in a state of blocked regulation, all of your energy is used to hold together a system that is out of balance. There is simply no extra energy available to heal. This can be one reason why many chronically ill people can’t heal, or seemingly healthy people suffer from lack of energy. Those people are often told that they are “fine”, even though they can feel something is wrong.
Because the importance of a healthy Autonomous Nervous System is not taught in medical school, conventional medicine doesn’t recognize and understand it’s role in healing.
Blocked regulation is one of the most overlooked factors in your quest of becoming healthy!
The most common reasons for blocked regulation are:
- Heavy Metal Poisoning
- Toxic Chemicals, Agricultural Pesticides and Volatile Solvents
- Food Sensitivities and Allergies
- Parasitic Worms
- Fungi, Mold and Yeast Infections
- Viruses and Bacteria
- Scars
- Geopathic Stress
- Dental Stress
- Unresolved Psycho-Emotional Issues, or Conflict
- Radiation
(taken from Dr. Klinghardt, MD)
How do I know if I have blocked regulation without being tested?
If you are running low on energy for an extensive period of time, or you are chronically sick and no treatment plan seems to help you, chances are good that your Autonomous Nervous System is blocked.
Sick people with a blocked Autonomous Nervous System are stuck- no treatment regime will work in the long term - until the underlying problem is solved.
How do you find out if my Autonomous Nervous System is blocked?
In my practice, I use a non-invasive way to detect if your Autonomous Nervous System is blocked and what might be the cause of the problem. This technique is called Autonomic Response Testing (ART), developed by Dr. Klinghardt, MD and is a highly structured and sophisticated way of biofeedback muscle testing, which uses tools like signal enhancers and a polarization filter to produce reliable and reproducible results. ART has been shown to be the most accurate of all kinesiology testing methods, with the best reproducibility and inter-examiner reliability.
Once an imbalance and it’s cause is detected, the same technique is used to find potential remedies which will unblock the Autonomous Nervous System, so that your body can use the extra energy now available to heal itself.
Please note that ART doesn’t diagnose diseases, but is a very important and precise assessment tool that measures bodily function, or dysfunction.
To permanently unblock your Autonomous Nervous System and to detoxify and cleanse your body, homeopathic remedies and whole food supplements of the highest quality are used. Whole food supplements are way superior than conventional over-the-counter supplements in a sense that they don’t contain a single, chemically produced vitamin, but a multitude of plants components, which work synergistically together.
Because every-body reacts differently to various supplements, every each of them will be tested on you to make sure your body can use and metabolize it accordingly. What can be beneficial for one person, can be inefficient for the other.
ART Basics:
In ART the body is stressed with different modalities:
- Electromagnetically (placing substances in the field)
- Psychologically (APN)
- Structurally (pushing on a teacher area, squeezing an organ or gland, stressing a joint etc.)
- Bio-chemically (giving a medication orally, i.v. or via other route)
The ART practitioner then assesses the organism’s response to the stressor usually by muscle testing.
Then the practitioner interprets the stress-response. The guiding principle is as follows:
- If a mild stressor causes a stress response, the organism is already under severe stress regarding this variable (substance, psychological issues etc.).
- If a moderate stress is causing a response in the absence of response to a mild stressor, the organism is under moderate stress.
- If only a severe stress is causing a stress response, the problem of the organism related to this issue is only mild.
Now therapeutic modalities are tested. Whatever neutralizes the stress response is an agent or a method that will help the organism cope with the underlying cause of the stress (unless it is determined to be an allergen).
The stress response that is used in ART is most visibly expressed by the autonomic nervous system.
ART is different from other forms of muscle testing in that it uses the latest findings of quantum and biophotonic physics to aid in the assessment of the body. This allows for a much deeper level of testing not available before to traditional kinesiologists. Tools such as a polarization filter and signal enhancers are used to get stronger, clearer feedback from the body. ART often finds things that are missed with traditional kinesiology. ART practitioners in general also have the ability to test for a wider variety of root causes of illness, including specific infections, toxins, and emotional disturbances.
ART is used along with traditional tests to determine the root causes of illness. It is not used to diagnose diseases.
ART has been shown to be the most accurate of all kinesiology techniques, with the best reproducibility and inter-examiner reliability.
ART Laws
- The First Law of ART - the law of resonance between two identical substances ( this law has been most clearly identified by the research of Y.Omura, MD): if a substance is held in the energy field of a person and the indicator muscle weakens, the identical substance is in the body (resonance between two identical substances). If the substance is only in a particular organ, ganglion or other structure, the test substance has to be held exactly over this area. A variation of this test is the most common A.R.T. test: the examiner finds a structure that therapy-localizes (while holding it, the indicator muscle weakens). The indicator-muscle becomes strong, when the resonating substance is placed anywhere on the patient.
- The Second Law of ART - 2-Pointing: if the examiner therapy-localizes more than one structure, ganglion etc. during the A.R.T. body scan or examination, two structures (or more) may be affected by the same toxin or infection, or one structure may affect one or more others. If the indicator muscle weakens while holding one of these structures but strengthens while holding another (which weakened when held alone), there is a) either a cause/effect relationship between the two or b) they are both affected by the s toxin/infection . The 2nd law of A.R.T. is therefore really a variation of the 1st law.
- The Third Law of ART- Resonance between the examiner and the patient: the examiner's body acts exactly like any other substance held into the energy field of the patient. If the doctor is toxic with the same substance that is causing the patient's illness or that is stored in one or more of the patient's tissues, the test will be affected as outlined in the 1st and 2nd law of ART. Therefore, the 3rd law is really a variation of the 1st law also (but overlooked in any other school of kinesiology).
